The underwater life at Mexico Rocks was very beautiful. Here you can see a variety of sea fans, rods and other corals.

In the picture above you can see the yellow hard coral. Well in the picture below you can see a wonderful little Christmas Tree Worm attached. I just can't help myself, I love poking those worms and making them retreat.



As we mentioned at on the main page for snorkeling Mexico Rocks, we did not see a lot of fish, but what we did see were many small immature fish like in the picture below.

Our snorkel guide for this trip was very good at finding fun things for us to see that we would have most likely missed. He also liked picking everything up. Below is a nice Sea Star and after that he pointed out a big Caribbean Spiny Lobster. And in the final picture below is an interesting sponge.
