Snorkeling Bonaire - Lots of Fish

by Erik

I got back from Bonaire about 4 months ago. The topside of Bonaire is desert like. Pretty brown and not that impressive. I went snorkeling at Klein Bonaire, 1000 steps, in front of the Divi Divi Flamingo hotel and Lac Bay. Klein and Lac bay were awesome. Lac Bay is beautiful. It might give Hanamua Bay a run for its money. Lots of fish in the reef, but quite a long walk to get there. It is where the wind surfers go. There is a place called Jibe City on Lac Bay, where I began my walk out to the reef. I think it was awesome but like I said a bit of a walk. Klein was my favorite. Just a short water taxi from the main land.

Snorkeling Bonaire Looks Exceptional
by: Galen & Nicole

Thanks for sharing your Bonaire snorkeling experience. Bonaire is definitely on our list of spots to go in the next year. Since we come from the desert, maybe we will not mind the look of the top sides!
