Honolua Bay

Honolua Bay is one of our favorite Maui snorkeling spots. If you did not yet see our first page with all the snorkeling descriptions and driving directions, click here.



On this page you can see some of the many fun pictures we got snorkeling at Honolua. There is also a video of a big Green Sea Turtle.

It is kind of hard to see, but there is a small Spotted Trunkfish (or Boxfish) in the coral below.

Here is a video of a big turtle. One of the ways you can tell this turtle is pretty big and probably fairly old is the big tail. The water was a little cloudy at this spot.

Check out this beautiful bottom dweller. I am not sure what type of fish it is. Maybe you know?
