Glovers Reef Or Culebra For Our Next Caribbean Snorkeling Adventure?

My sister and I love snorkeling in the Caribbean. We have been to Grand Cayman, Turks and Caicos, Roatan, Ambergris Caye, Bermuda, Curacao as well as our two favorites St John USVI (2x) and Bonaire (2x). If we can't find another new spot we know we will be quite happy in returning to St John again next summer, but would like some thoughts from the snorkeling community.

We have Culebra, Puerto Rico, on our radar and have thought about Glover's Reef Atoll, Belize (although that might be a little too remote for us).

We normally go in early August for about 10 days and any suggestions you could give us would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
